I had my first session with my trainer, Heidi, last night. It was great! We did intervals on the treadmill and then 20 minutes on the eliptical - that really worked me! Then, we did weights and she showed me how to use my time more efficiently while doing weights and helped me with my form on the tricep exercise. Then, on to the dreaded exercise ball, but it was okay. Then we stretched and she helped me with some goals for this next week.
It was great!
